All of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase during weekdays.
All US orders ship directly from our warehouse in the United States.


Karst ships and delivers worldwide! We take shipping seriously and make sure it's always a priority. Our team aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from when the order is placed. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days maximum to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information. All orders are processed and fulfilled in our 2 primary warehouses. For orders placed in Australia, orders will be dispatched from Sydney, Australia. For rest of world, orders will be dispatched from our North American warehouse.

All taxes and duties differ between countries and states and therefore we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. For further information, you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.
