How can we prioritise our priorities?

We believe that visually organising our priorities or tasks is extremely helpful in keeping us accountable toward our goals. Planners are very helpful for this, but perhaps you don’t have to communicate through written words to convey ideas effectively.

Habits: Build, Don't Just Break

There’s a ton of things we know are good for us that we do when it’s convenient or when we have the energy, but we’ve just not managed to turn into a habit. It could be something like flossing or applying sunscreen daily or waking up when your alarm rings the first time.
